The Canneloni is too die for...but try this...Euangelion
stripe this dish with mexican red and green sauce.Tp with mexican cheese mix, parsley and pepper.
Fill the egg roll wraps as before with mix and a pitch of cheese inside.
A mexican twist..one can of mexican stewed tomatoes,one half burrito seasoning,1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro, 1/2 onion chopped,one pound of ground beef..cook in a sauce pan...till done, add 2 small cans of refired beans and a 4oz can of chopped green chilies.. fill egg roll wraps as before, added a pitch of mexican mixed cheese, wrap closed, place in glass pan,,top with red and green mexican sauces striped and add cheese, parsley and pepper on top. bake at 350 for 20 mins or to golden brown..remember the meat is pre cooked in this dish......it is so good!
